Entry Costs BTAA Members Non Members
First Entry Free £35 + VAT
Additional Entries       £10 + VAT each   £15 + VAT
  12 Entries for £100 + VAT       5 Entries for £100 +VAT

• Input individual product details

• Input relevant marketing information/material

• Upload hi res image of each product – prior to uploading images you will be asked to pay entry costs as a total figure. Payment can be made via credit or debit card.

A Note to Remember!
Qualifying product is product that has been or will be launched to the trade from 1st October 2017, due for delivery to retailers by the end of the fourth quarter 2017 and available for sale up to Christmas 2018.

 

Stage 2 – Sample Submission
After the judges have selected the shortlist from each category, the BTAA team will notify you of which of your items have been shortlisted and request samples.

Each sample must be labelled individually detailing:

• Product Name

• Company

• Trade and Retail Prices

• Category Entered    

 

Samples need to be posted to:

Birmingham
B18 6LT

 

Please also include the category or categories entered clearly written on the outside of the package.


Please Note
Samples of the Winning and Finalist products will be kept for showcasing at the Autumn Fair.

 

All samples will be donated to The Benevolent Society. If samples need to be returned please arrange collection using your own nominated carrier/transport and notifying the BTAA Team 3 working days before the collection date. Samples not collected by 27th January 2017 will be donated to charity.
